The Sober Home
The Sober Home helps residents find self-respect and success by
encouraging them to align their actions with their values.
The Sober Home is a sober living residence offering a drug-free environment for men and women completing drug treatment programs or for those who are 30-days clean and sober. It provides simple apartment-style living with private or shared rooms starting at $575.00 a month. There are separate apartments for men and women. Up to one hour per week for a house meeting is provided on Wednesday nights.
The time following residential treatment, or the beginning weeks of sobriety, often prove to be the most difficult, and relapse is common. The Sober Home exists to provide a transition time for residents to adjust to sobriety and the responsibilities of everyday life. This type of living arrangement provides a balance between the strict environment of a residential treatment center and independent housing.
The Sober Home maintains that the key to happiness is aligning one’s actions with one’s values and provides assistance in helping all residents to set and achieve goals that will help them not only to be clean, meaning that no drugs are in their system, but also to be successful in sobriety, meaning a life full of integrity.
“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close
they were to success when they gave up."
