Rules

1. Must be clean and sober for at least 30 days.

2. No drugs or alcohol on or off the property

3. No smoking or chewing tobacco in the house.

4. No threats or violence towards self or others. No weapons allowed on the property. 

5. No sexual activity or sexually explicit material on the property.

6. All approved medications must be locked up.

7. Must be working towards Master Treatment Plan goals.  Must be working, attending school, or

    pursuing employment and/or education.

8. Must attend at least three 12-Step Meetings weekly and work with a sponsor.

9. Be respectful to manager and all roommates.  Keep the apartment a clean and safe place for self and others.

10. Be willing to submit to random urinalysis test and random room checks.

11. No visitors for the first 30 days and following that point only with approval of the manager.

12. Be in by curfew

 

Property Agreement

The residents of The Sober Home, LLC, will be provided with a partially furnished apartment including bedding and basic kitchenware.  Each resident is expected to be respectful to all property provided.  Any destruction of any property could be grounds for eviction and/or complete loss of the security deposit at the discretion of the manager.  Please report any necessary repairs to the manager.  Residents are welcome to provide any of their own furnishings, but any loss or damage will be the responsibility of the resident.  The residents will not hold The Sober Home, LLC, liable for loss or damage to personal property. 

           

Any violation of any rule will be grounds for eviction at the discretion of the manager.
